Gabriel Esquivias of ESQUIVIAS ARQUITECTOS, Donaire Hotel Boutique opens its doors in 2017, achieving a perfect balance between nature, sustainability, modern architecture and design; It is located on the slopes of El Tepalo hill, achieving one of the best views of the magical Ajijic town. For us, environmental sustainability is a fundamental and active part of the Hotel. We implement daily efficient processes, which helps to reduce our ecological footprint, from energy efficiency to waste management, responsible use of natural resources, and local products . Through small changes we can make a big difference.

Our rooms are very comfortable, cozy and all have a spectacular lake view of chapala, we have two types of rooms with single and double beds.
